These terms govern access to and use of the NU GUI platform. A fuller, legally-reviewed agreement will replace this summary; in the meantime the terms below apply, alongside any signed service order or contract between us.
Using the service
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with your plan and any applicable acceptable-use rules. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Billing
Usage is metered and billed per your plan. Charges are calculated from the records generated by your account; amounts are shown exactly as recorded.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability backed by your plan's SLA, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
